Fun with AdObe

I spent the whole week at our house.. I'm statistics now.. unemployed.. ehehe.. i have nothing to to so i figured that it would be better to learn Adobe Photoshop! i was pleased with the results.. actually, it was a lot more fun than creating animations in PPT.. it's so cool what you could do with the program.. i just want to share what i had come up with for the first 3days with Adobe.. i know am still not that good but am still working on it.. hop eyou like it though...

This used to be my character in Freestyle (an online basketball game) .. i had him wear my jersey.. I also replaced the face with my own picture.. this is my first edited photo that is why the neck seemed to be missing... ehehe..

in here.. i took my picture during the presentation of Sponsors and have a Supra in the background..

CraAaaCKKk!! i had fun doing this lightning effect.. cool results..


NoW, this one is the best so far.. imagine, you're browsing a picture of wolverine and suddenly he slashes through the screen.. and points his adamantium claws to you.. "hand over the money, bub!!"

Cool effects, right!? it's a lot of fun doing this.. if you've never tried it, don't worry, it's not as difficult as it seems.. You'll find your way through the thing.. a great tutorial would be a great help.. Try it..

Gunbound

I do frequently go Online.. checking my mail, updating my online accounts like this blog, participating in the eLab forum, checking some new things, doing someone a favor, and …… playing online games!

ragnarok? no way! i don’t like games like that.. I have Freestyle, Pangya, and GUNBOUND.. Among these, I like GB a lot! it’s an online shooting game. and 3 weeks ago, they made terrific changes to the game.. there were two new mobiles and new maps.. it has aloes a new look.. it’s more 3D this time.. but the gameplay remained the same.. This is what I like Gunbound – the way it is played..

It’s basic objective is to kill you opponent/s by shooting them with the mobile you choose. it’s just like playing Worms.. but GB is way, way cooler.. It’s Online and you get to increase your level.. “so what? ragnarok’s just like that?!” Again, gameplay.. ragna is just wandering about the endless land and looking for monsters to kill by clicking them… emphasis on “kill by clicking them” c’mon! a toddler could do that!? (ahihihi) OK, maybe you use different potions and items depending on your strategy.. So? so does Gunbound, dude!! GB involves a lot of thinking and calculations.. strategy also comes into play especially choosing the items you want to use and when to use them.. In GB, you try to hit your opponent with projectiles.. these projectiles is subject to various things.. Number one is angle. You have to make estimates/calculations.. second is the wind and wind direction… after that, you have to worry about the force you want to apply to your projectile based on the calculations you have made.. Other things you want to consider is delay, distance, weather elements, timing, health (both yours and others), anticipation of your opponents strategy, avatars, the characteristics of the mobiles on the battlefield, the map, some tricks, etc.. it’s like piloting a Jumbo jet, you need to pay attention to lots of things simultaneously ..

Right now, I have a pretty decent rank for my accounts.. and a good statistic that I am proud of.. Want to learn how to play.. you can visit www.gunbound.ph to creat a new account.

and one last very important thing I forgot to mention is that you have to be conscious of the time.. This always happen to me.. I get so thrilled playing it that I spend more than 2 hours playing it. It’s a lot of fun, YOU SHOULD TRY IT!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

movie of the year

i just watched XMEN3: The Last Stand... i already saw it thrice on a pirated VCD.. lots of scences were not shown in the CD including the Coda.. there was an advisory all over the web and the media to watch out for "something" at the end of the credits.. So definitely, i wouldn't want to miss that part.. i had to watch it on the big screen..

So there i was enjoying all the cool animation and effects of the movie... i appreciate it more since the pirated CD i watched is of very low quality.. I watched it like it was the first time i have seen it.. Then at the end, of the movie, ArchAngel swoops by a park and there you can see Magneto playing chess with himself, apparently missing Charles who used to play with him.. Then, re reaches out to a chess piece and slightly moves it.. he still has his powers!! then came the usual List of names and the characters they played scrolling up the creen.. people started to leave.. i thought to myself "Boy, you're really gonna miss somethin'!!" then the whole place lights up! i can hardly read the names.. to my dismay, they even stopped playing... they were now flashing advertisements!! @#%$*!&_?! it seems that i am the only one who is bothered by the chaos that is happening! i was with someone that time... i had to get ourselves something to eat.. when i returned, the movie was starting again..

i gave ABSEC a second chance... maybe if i watch it for the second time, i'll get to see my much awaited scence.. again, i watched the whole thing with gusto! what can i say?! am a BIG fan! then came again the names at the end of the movie.. again, the lights went on again.. then the advertisements! C'mon!!! i was really p!$$&D!!! my date is getting bored, we left.. we went to the mall, i still can't get over the movie..

At the mall, she saw her friends.. I thought she would go with them so I left.. i went to the entertainment section to play some arcade games.. i texted her to inform that i was there.. She got angry at me for leaving her.. i tried to explain but she left.. i have nothing to do.. so, i thought of only one thing... RETALIATION!!

I have some score to settle with ABSEC.. i went back and talked to the attendant.. i had a real difficulty explaining to them what is going on.. they are not getting my point.. to them, "hey, you only missed a 10-second coda, what's the big deal?!" it was as if it wasn't their business.. they should understand, of all people, how important every scene in the movie is! At last, they gave up.. they send they will talk to the "guy behind the projector"... i went inside, and watched the movie for the third time.. again, ArchAngel made a swoop over the park, then Magneto moves the chess piece... then the names.... the lights went on! at that point, i can picture myself squeezing my upper body into the small window where the projector is and pull the guy out into the seats and beat him to death!! the lights may be on, but somethings different.. they're not showing those stupid advertisements.. i crossed my fingers.. at last, after watching the movie six times, i saw the CODA!! what's the coda all about?! wait for my movie review next time... but i totally recommend that you watch the movie... AWESOME!!

oh yeah! before i wrap this up, i would like to grab this opportunity to make a public apology to hannah.. she was my date.. i was rude when i left her at the mall.. sorry po.....

A feedback I sent to SMART

whats wrong with SMART COmmunications? i can't register to any SMART Unli Promo.. i always receive "messsage sending failed" for every attempt. it has been like this for at least 2 days.. it's not only me that experiences this kind of problem.. a lot of my friends have already swithced to globe.. i think it won't be long for me and a lot more of your subscribers to make the switch if you don't get this problem fixed at once..

"For technical issues requiring immediate assistance, call 888-1111 or *888 from your Smart celfone."

assistance? my problems worsens everytime i contact your CSR's.. where did they get their training?! are you sure you want people like them to represent your company? a they're so unprofessional.. they commit a lot of errors.. I get a different response after consulting about t he same problem everytime i ask assistance. The CSRs in your company gives a lot of misinformation. i can list at least 15 instances that CSRs have commited a mistake. C'mon SMART, we dial *888 for help! not to have more problems!

I've been with SMART once. i had my OJT there. WAw!! people there are so so workaholic and so dedicated to their work. not to metion, how they want to have the best output in their work. please don't let bad service and incapable employees ruin the hardwork of these people..

Black Holes

last night, i was lying at the roadside again with some friends.. it's one of the things i enjoy doing - stargazing! it was really fascinating when you think about the universe, galaxies and all the other complexities of space.. it's so mind-boggling!

then i remembered about black holes.. i really haven't payed much attention when i prepared a homework about them when i was still at school.. but now, i have a lot of respect for them.. it's on top of the Food Chain of Space! i can destroy almost anything.. not even light can outrun it, not even the biggest star can intimidate it, not even the hottest star can overpower it.. now that's superiority!

well, there's nothing we can do if we happen to come across one of these.. let's just hope we won't..
