There i was standing on the edge of a 35-storey building.. after i have pulled enough strength to commit to the 5-second freefall, i closed my eyes, spread my arms and leaned forward.. Then, at that instant, my life flashed before my eyes.. i realized that i have a wonderful life going.. but, it's too late! waaaaaaaaaa!! i screamed as i begin to plunge to my death! falling... falling.... A feedback I sent to SMART

whats wrong with SMART COmmunications? i can't register to any SMART Unli Promo.. i always receive "messsage sending failed" for every attempt. it has been like this for at least 2 days.. it's not only me that experiences this kind of problem.. a lot of my friends have already swithced to globe.. i think it won't be long for me and a lot more of your subscribers to make the switch if you don't get this problem fixed at once..

"For technical issues requiring immediate assistance, call 888-1111 or *888 from your Smart celfone."

assistance? my problems worsens everytime i contact your CSR's.. where did they get their training?! are you sure you want people like them to represent your company? a they're so unprofessional.. they commit a lot of errors.. I get a different response after consulting about t he same problem everytime i ask assistance. The CSRs in your company gives a lot of misinformation. i can list at least 15 instances that CSRs have commited a mistake. C'mon SMART, we dial *888 for help! not to have more problems!

I've been with SMART once. i had my OJT there. WAw!! people there are so so workaholic and so dedicated to their work. not to metion, how they want to have the best output in their work. please don't let bad service and incapable employees ruin the hardwork of these people..
